Charming country house, ideal for family or friends' stays. This old building has retained its character and authenticity, with beautiful spaces and a warm atmosphere. It favours the charm of the old rather than a modern style.
The property has 6 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, of which 2 are on the ground floor and 4 are on the first floor, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space and privacy.
The living areas are spacious and welcoming, perfect for sharing good times. Outside, you will enjoy a large wooded garden with swimming pool, ideal for summer meals, relaxation time and group stays.
Cleaning fees: €200 to be paid on site.
At the end of the farm there is also an independent T2 apartment, with its own private space, rented separately and without access to the swimming pool.
Note: this house is an old building that has retained its original character. A recent house was built on the neighbouring plot, the vegetable hedge being still young, there is currently an overlooking situation on the garden and pool side. (see photos)
