In the immediate vicinity of Biarritz Beaches and Golf Course. In a holiday residence with a large balcony offering full views of the ocean and Biarritz lighthouse. Able to accommodate 3 people, this apartment has access to a communal swimming pool and parking. Magnificent ocean view. Ideal location for this functional accommodation. Bed linen included.
The cleaning fee is to be paid on site: €30. The studio (24 m2, equipped for 3 people) is an ideal pied-à-terre all year round. It allows you to access the nearby beaches, to discover the Basque Country whose charms are numerous, or to stroll around Biarritz, whose centre is 3 minutes' drive away. The studio is located in a holiday residence (Sea and Golf). The swimming pool is temporarily closed for this early summer due to leak inspection! Functional studio intended for seasonal rental: - separate cabin sleeping for 1 or 2 children - living area with equipped kitchenette (hob, fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker etc... convertible sofa (very good condition), TV. The living area opens onto the balcony through large glazed doors with full ocean views - bathroom, toilet. The shops you may need: grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, tourist office etc... are nearby. The spectacle of the Ocean and waves is constantly renewed..... and you will enjoy it fully. Parking in the Residence and Access to the laundry room (with tokens).
